OYO HOTEL ST LOUIS DOWNTOWN CITY CENTER MO SAINT LOUIS, Saint Louis – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable, but unfortunately, they were not ready at the promised time, leading to frustration among guests. The service, especially at the bistro, left much to be desired with staff seeming argumentative and lacking support from management. On the bright side, the location was excellent, with major venues and attractions within walking distance, though not being in the heart of downtown. The dining experience was pleasant, with a decent breakfast buffet, but nothing exceptional. In terms of facilities, the hotel offered the basics without any standout features.

The hotel is in a prime location, ideal for exploring downtown St Louis, although the surrounding area may not be too appealing. The rooms, while old and showing a bit of wear, were smoke-free but unfortunately smelled strongly of smoke. The attached restaurant and bar provide a nice dining option, but the service was a bit lacking in responsiveness and efficiency. The location is safe, especially for events at Scottrade Center or Enterprise Center, making it a convenient choice for city trips.
